Description

PERSONALIZED SERVICE YIELDS THE BEST RESULTS Julie is truly dedicated to her customers and their needs. In her own words, “from the first meeting to closing, I’ll provide personalized service, 24/7 availability, innovative marketing with personal touches, and topnotch negotiating skills–always with my customers’ best interests at heart.” Julie enjoys both marketing homes for sale and helping buyers find the best home to meet their needs.
Real estate is constantly evolving, and Julie has remained in the forefront of the industry by committing to innovative marketing strategies and cutting-edge technology like predictive analytics–which is why she has sold over 450 homes; over 300 of them in Arlington.
A BACKGROUND IN ADVOCATING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING MAKES JULIE DIFFERENT Julie will guide you through the process and advise you every step of the way. “Buying or selling a home can be stressful. I pride myself on creating as smooth a transaction as possible. My customers can rely on me to listen to them, understand them, and work hard to meet their needs. My goal is to take the burden off their shoulders, so that they can focus on the excitement of this next phase of their lives.”
Julie graduated with degree in Social Work from Providence College in 1998, and as a social worker, she learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for her clients. Julie bought her first investment property at the age of 23 and soon after, made the switch to full-time real estate. Julie feels “the career switch was only natural. As a real estate agent, I still get to help people problem-solve to meet their goals and achieve their dreams…just in a different way.”
A STRONG BELIEF IN GIVING BACK Julie is a firm believer in giving back and is particularly passionate about fundraising for cancer research. She ran the Boston Marathon five times as part of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute team, raising money to benefit research. As she says, “we are so blessed to have this cutting-edge treatment facility right here in Boston, a luxury many folks around the world can only dream of.” Julie continues to contribute to Dana Farber by donating a portion of every sale that occurs during marathon training season.
UNMATCHED LOCAL KNOWLEDGE GIVES JULIE AN EDGE Julie lives in a single-family home with her husband and two children in popular Arlington Heights. She also owns two investment properties in town. As a resident and business person in Arlington, Julie understands the many benefits of living in Arlington and the nearby communities of Belmont, Lexington, Winchester, and West Medford–with their superior school systems, and unmatched access to transportation, world-class healthcare and education, culture, history, recreation, and of course, community spirit! Julie believes that “Arlington has the best of both worlds because it is so close to the vibrancy of the city but still has the feel of a small town. Arlington is the perfect blend of urban and suburban–something that is very hard to find!” Find out more of what makes Arlington so unique. When she is not busy helping her clients, she can be found hanging out with her kids at the many local parks, playing tennis, and volunteering.
